The decline bench targets the lower pecs more compared with the dip, and is an advanced exercise that should only be used after learning how to dip properly. I currently do 3 sets of 10 reps with 60 lbs with a body weight of 185 lbs. There is also a deeper range of motion available to dips compared to bench press. I love the pump i get in chest from leaning forward on v bar dips.
